I would like to say, with only one reply, like three years ago, this blog seems too much like a mirror site to me. And it appears very few patriots are looking back at past posts.

The new “Fragmented Fighting Facts” series of posts that dedicates one post to each Basic rule has now been completed. This series starts with the post tilted “Post # 1, Planning, Preface” that posted on 05/12/13. This series is under the label “Tri-F in progress”. Posts well be updated as I edit or discover additional knowledge thus the series is the most current version of my "Fragmented Fighting Facts" manual. For an old but complete version i.e. all in one post copy. Patriots are welcomed to try viewing one of the “pages” listed in the “special word section” on the starboard side of the blog. I say try due to the fact I’m not sure if they are published i.e. viewable to the general public due to all the issues or HACKING with my blog. There is also a complete copy posted, that is titled, “Tri-F in progress” too, it was posted 11/13/10.

FLASH REPORT; the “TERRORIST ARE NOT AMONG US, AND NEVER WERE I.E. AL QAEDA IS A STAWL MAN, GHOST”.

The most important lesson that everyone should have taken away from the Boston Marathon bombings was that those young men proved that no al-queda members are in the u.s. Otherwise they too would just go get some presure cookers and had to a parade.

“I AM NOT A TERRORIST” this nation’s worst enemy is FEAR. This fear is being promoted mostly by the back woods, right wing, Christians of this nation. We need to separate church and state, period. And that is of course for the States sake.


I would like patriots to understand that I use the terms "official revealed fact" to mean what everyone is being told by officials, media etc. I use the term "kings truth" to mean what I know or believe to actually be the actual facts. I DO NOT MEAN IT IN A RELIGIOUS WAY. I.E. the term Kings is plural as in those running the show.


Preface for the Fragmented Fighting Facts

Note pink highlighted material is that, that IMO is questionable factually, it maybe an “official revealed fact” that I am questioning. The material may need to be defined i.e. explained more or it could be a personal note. Yellow is location undecided or unedited material i.e. unread that I have not decided on what to keep or not. Green means a change has been made i.e. an update. By noting the green updated highlights a Patriot well not have to read the Fragmented Fighting Facts in its entirety to stay current. Red is important, perhaps the "kings truth".

Newjarheaddean; this is my collection of combat notes. One might call it my anthology of combat tactics, techniques, methods and skills. The note taking began about fourty years ago (I was around 13 years old) with the observation of 10 rules listed with in a book covering the French and Indian i.e. Native American, wars, entitled “Roger’s Rangers”. That’s right the rules that started all this are “Army Ranger” rules, this book was located in the “Westfall” library in San Antonio Texas off of Vance Jackson. I get a kick out of the libraries name due to the general agreement that modern or state vs state warfare started with the singing of the peace treaties at Westphalia. I could not read at the time; however I knew that a list in a book on war would be important. I copied those rules down like a scribe might have written hieroglyphs and had my dad read them to me. . This discovery preceded numerous sources including approximately one hundred books and about a dozen field manuals, of which a few were of WWII era. These were found at libraries, half price bookstores and garage sales. Since going on line in 2007, I have found material on web sites such as “Defense and National Interest” (DNI), “Global security”, “Strategy page” , “Wikipedia” and “Bayonet strength” and “Efour4ever” in the combat lessons learned section. These last two sites cover WWII.

Previously referred to as K.O.O.L.N. (acronym definition, top secret), FLASH REPORTS; I NOW AM TELLING EVERYONE IT STANDS FOR KEITH OEFFINGER'S ORGANIZATION OF LEARNED KNOWLEDGE the joke on me here was I believed Knowledge was spelled with an (N). I was a special education student and did not learn to read until my last year of high school. I have now titled my work “Fragmented Fighting Facts” or “Tri-F”; the name derives from the computer grammar function always alerting me to the fragmented nature of my sentences. This is due to the “just the facts, ma’am” manor the material is written i.e. there has been little if any effort to write in whole sentences or provide context. This is not to say there is no order with Tri-F, in fact there is a theme. I have laid out the information as one might expect a commander or members of a unit to recall it thus utilizing it to conduct a mission.

We start with “Planning”, followed by the section on “Defense”, then there’s “Preparations and conduct of patrols” or “PCP”, and we end with “Conduct of Engagements” or “COE”, i.e. engagements being the term used here for shootouts. Each section of Tri-F consists of numbered “Basic rules”, each basic rule followed by detailed notes that either relate to, explain, or give examples pertaining to the basic rules. As with the general format of Tri-F, each section’s basic rules are laid out as one might need to recall them. This is most obvious in the last section COE starting with basic rule number one, “Flash report”, i.e. actions to take upon contact with the enemy. This sections last basic rule deals with handling POWs.

Keep in mind this is a work in progress; I’m constantly discovering new information to add which in turn still at times requires rearranging things. At the same time, interestingly enough to me, I have not needed to rearrange my original order of the basic rules for quite some time. There are however, two instances where the detailed information fallowing a pair of basic rules became so similar I decided to combine the pair into one basic rule. These two occurrences are noted in footnotes.

Now heed this, out of all the information contained within this work, only an estimated 1% was taught to me while I was serving in the U.S.M.C. Moreover, to put a fine point on it, it’s worth noting I served in Charlie Company, First Battalion, Fifth Marines, First Marine Division, i.e. an Infantry unit. Before my discharge (after only a two year cruse), I attended Jungle Warfare School in the northern training area of Okinawa (for two weeks), Mountain Warfare School in Korea (for one week) and Combat Town Camp Pendleton for MOUT training (for one day). I did not take part in any amphibious training nor did I ever go to Twenty Nine Palms for Desert Warfare training. We did ride around in AAVs once at Camp Pendleton. All in all I would say the only things I missed out on were a beach landing (at Coronado I believe) and a little sun burn, due to the fact that those twenty nine palms, I was told in the early eighties were all located at the front gate of that base. Needless to say, the training did not impress me, and I now know it was not going to get any better as some suggested to me at the time, and still others later claimed that I should have just stayed in longer.

With my position on the lack of training, I do wish to make it perfectly clear that I do support the service women and men in the U.S. armed forces. I also believe them to be as brave as any people on earth, (with the exception of the (Y) generation). My concern is in the way the Infantry especially is being mislead and used. I want people to understand my experience and IMO a lot of evidence suggests Uncle Sam intends to use his infantry in ways that does not include training any generation in the art of “traditional Guerilla combat tactics” i.e. as a “Traditional Commando” would be. I am not talking about “SWAT” team “Close quarter” tactics, like the “Stick dynamic entry”. That tactic should be called the “cluster f**k”. Just call that sort of tactic what it is NYPD (Cops T.V. show bad-boys, bad-boys) in Afghanistan.

The problem is that that tactic was developed by police departments to deal with an objective occupied by drugged up party animals, i.e. untrained civilians. The police never use it in a spur of the minute situation. They use it when the house/objective has been under constant surveillance for mouths in some cases and the police know all manner of information about everyone in the house and the structure and neighborhood in general. The cops choose a time when everyone is pasted out from partying the night before and have long lost any weapons (between the cushions or under the bed) they might have had on them as show pieces during the party. The primary reason for the large numbers of police in close proximity is to make sure the gang does not think the raid is a rival gang “brake in” and thus resist in any way. There is lots of yelling too, thus reinforcing the message that no one is trying to be covert, like one would be to get away with a crime.

This brings up an intriguing observation of mine; that being that by the book an assault should be made from the top down, yet the troops in Afghanistan and elsewhere use the Stick dynamic entry and usually enter from the front door, like a SWAT team. However resent high profile raids show the SWAT teams attacking from the top down. Examples you may recall are the raids on the Shinning path group in Peru in 2000 and the Mumbai raid by Indian forces on the Jewish center in 2008. IMO this proves the existence of what I’ll refer to as a “need to know” training policy, being followed by various governments, the purpose being to limit the number of true Commandos that could become tomorrow’s rebels, apposing corrupt governments. One last thing about the Stick, IMO every single time the regular forces unit conducting one of these foolish Stick dynamic entries comes under fire i.e. runs into resistance, the Stick brakes i.e. the whole unit evacuates and awaits some kind of support form tanks, guns, tubes or air. Bottom line IMO the Stick is used as a probing tactic and is meant to be a moral boosting show peace tactic to make the unit feel as if it has taken a hill, which was nothing more than another empty building, that IMO Intel suggested, was the case before the entry was ordered. Recalling the police policy of long periods of surveillance prior to raids.

It also seems to me that in light of the old saying “you can fight a war with bombs and blockades but only boots on the ground can win it” ( IMO, Uncle Sam has now revised that saying, as fallows) “you can win a war with bombs and blockades, but only the infantry can end the war”, farther more IMO Uncle Sam has gone one more step and decided to use private security companies and local i.e. indigenous people for the infantry role. All this fear of true commandos is all very similar to the “Mujahideen” not being allowed by various governments, to return to their homelands i.e. native nations, after fighting the Soviets in Afghanistan.

And as for the U.S. and other Western nations, training foreigners to fight a counter insurgency goes. IMO this training includes nothing more than police procedures i.e. conducting investigations, forensics, searching individuals and buildings to collect evidence and yes serving warrants, if necessary, with those all mighty “stick” tactics. And of course, lots of “new innovative techniques and tactics” involving CAS and IMO (Old) so called high tech equipment the U.S. Military Industrial Congressional Complex wants to clear out of the warehouses.

All in all IMO Uncle Sam has chosen to put just about all his eggs in one advanced technology system, think Star Wars Storm Troopers or Matrix i.e. the Operator or Morpheus trying to guide Neo and others to safety. IMO it looks something like this; (x) unit go to (x) address, kick in front door, use stairs to your right, go south down hallway to (x) door, it is unlocked, interning room go to (x) window looking out window to the north you will see your target running east though the neighbors garden. All this information and the “live” feeds of target and area of operations would be provided by a fleet of satellites as well as Near space assets that are never mentioned by the media as current military assets and of course there’s the robots, UAVs and a flood of other covertly deployed sensors as well as covert eves dropping of any civilian electronic devices in the Area of operations.

Thus in light of these and similar so called “new innovative, techniques and tactics” (notice the media and governments choice of words “techniques and tactics” as if we’re talking Commando training i.e. why not use some modern high tech terms the system is so eager to introduce us all to normally as a matter of routine), IMO Uncle Sam has placed the traditional Guerrilla combat tactics, on the back burner and is hoping they all go the way of other black arts.

This is not just true of the infantry; let us take a peek at aerial combat. Does anyone out there actually think today’s U.S. pilots are turning and burning, pulling high (G) maneuvers trying to hit the entry windows and get inside the bandits turn. Think any pilot has conducted a yo-yo or split S maneuver lately or made the choice between a single or two-circle fight. Now days its all about stealth, ECM and Smart even autonomous weapons, missiles especially BVR tech. IMO this explains why the U.S. Navy is not concerned with not having a front line fighter equal to the USAF F-22 Raptor. An article I recently read on “Strategy page” mentioned a lot of talk about a Navy F/A-18E at an air show, displaying a little F-22 silhouette decal i.e. a simulated Kill credit symbol/icon. IMO the F/A- 18E did not gun down that kill.

And then everyone knows that just about all now and IMO soon all weapons systems including the bayonet well have a chip in it.

So if the electronics ever fail (maybe due to a shift in the axis of earths electromagnetic field, passed a certain point or perhaps a record size solar flare) IMO it well be the masters of the age-old Guerrilla combat tactics i.e. The Fragmented Fighting Facts Basic Rules that survive, keeping in mind “no one wins”.

I also wish, that those who join the various services where told all this up front i.e. “we do not intend to train you as a traditional Commando”.

Another thing I would like everyone to consider is that; what makes a Marine special is not the training she or he receives, no it’s the steel the youth demonstrates when they choose to join the Marines. Even when compared to the Special Forces, who IMO are only specialists in their particular field, once again mostly high tech specialties and whose ranks are filled with older personnel that have already been serving and have graduated from a boot camp i.e. are aware of the hoop and hype hurry up and wait tactics. And who are then usually chosen i.e. coached into changing their MOS. I am aware of the change in recruitment policy after 2001 allowing for direct entry into the S.F. community. IMO a rarity and IMO it is still not the same as just choosing to go to a Marine Corps Recruit Depot from the start.

Furthermore, to those who just well not accept the truth about the lack of training along the lines of traditional Guerrilla combat tactics. I can now say that I have exchanged comments with a number of Iraqi and Afghanistan combat vets. These comments can be found on the internet if you Google up my call sign, Newjarheaddean also spelled with one (D). IMO it is obvious that the tactics I speak of are news to the vets, some have made commits that proves in combat they were just winging it. And no, I don’t believe that all the vets are observing some kind of code of silence on these tactics including the vets who are against the wars. Unless everyone wants to say that YouTube and other internet companies are conspiring to edit all combat footage that shows these tactics being used and that, the vets are staging other videos that show them (albeit with great bravery) as armatures without a clue and winging it. If anyone ever sees video, showing the tactics listed in Tri-F being used, be sure and provide a link with your comment. I once saw a flash of film on CNN showing combat in Lebanon during the 1980s that showed some of these tactics being used by a Guerrilla fighter. I well also say I do believe that UAV footage is edited by the Pentagon to keep the public from seeing the few but well trained Taliban and other Guerrilla fighters that are using these tactics. Alternatively, maybe people think our professional highly trained well-equipped military is unable to defeat 10 – 20 thousand religious extremist amateur thugs in almost a decade of fighting. All the while killing at least by some estimates 100 a mouth including dozens of top commanders.

Let me also say, on the numbers of U.S. PTSD casualties, i.e. IMO, WIA, (And IMO deserving of a Purple Heart). The Government portrays these cases as a result of fighting a war that is “unlike any other war we have fought before” (LOL). Facing an enemy that is fighting in some mysterious and or cowardly manor that simply cannot be countered by military means. I believe the high numbers are a result of US forces fighting in a manner that is suicidal i.e. pointless and counterproductive to the real world situation. Example; you have a young brave American ready to fight for the nation, while on one of these IMO “Russian roulette parades” someone shoots at the unit from some building, everyone scrambles for cover, as some spray and pray, then after determining the location using SWATS (Soldier Worn Acoustic Targeting Systems) sniper detectors, or one of the many similar vehicle mounted systems the commander calls in some sort of CAS, if someone’s brains have been blow out especially if it was an officer or the location is vague, a real “crowd pleaser” maybe used i.e. 2000 pounder.

IMO this is how 90% of engagements (fought by regular infantry units) are resolved. Special Forces are now and in the feature more and more regular infantry well be using the Matrix. And to those that think this is the exception I say show me the number of WIA or KIA (On either side) by small arms fire i.e. during traditional firefights. Even if one includes sniper fire those figures are really low. So IMO after witnessing all the carnage and innocent civilian life being lost and receiving all those looks from the witnesses, it is the American that realizes it is his unit that is not fighting right.

This is reinforced and really sinks in back in the states when the vet is asked to tell the Commando stories that never occurred and thus the vet must tell the truth i.e. give up the Commando reputation, keep it all inside or start lying. If the first option is chosen that unveiling reality is demoralizing and makes it all not worth it. If either one of the other chooses are made IMO the vet becomes the ticking bomb. And I can tell you all that many times, I have recalled being told once that “when you go home keep your mouth shut about the things we did. If you don’t you well be thought of as a liar or crazy and either which way your life well be over”. That First Sergeant was right, but like my daddy use to say, “He’s right but he does not know why he’s right” i.e. IMO the First Sgt. thought of what we did in terms of remarkable heroic feats. However, IMO certainly since the beginning of the Vietnam era, it is the lack of training i.e. the manner in which our service women and men are fighting that keeps this tragedy going.

I would also suggest the vets of today are just like I was 25 or so years ago in the sense that they know there training is lacking, however, they just cannot explain what’s missing. However unlike me they refuse to accept that old fashion “black arts” are the answer i.e. should be the basis of basic training. And I now know the “Black art” tactics they and I should have been trained in and I can now say, “The PFC that told the Corp it was out of step, now has provided the proof”. What surprises me is that most vets it seems don’t care at all about the tactics I speak of and seem to view me as an unpatriotic “party pooper”, when I’m just a U.S. Marine trying to improve the Corps and save lives. Bottom line IMO the infantry needs to consist of unmarried i.e. undistracted, NO CHILDREN, dedicated true professionals, trained in the tactics listed in Tri-F and many more I am sure exist.

And to those that say “chivalry is for the museums” I say “first we must have peace on earth”.

 The poem "Your way" was written by me Keith Oeffinger in 1996. 

 The text below before the peom is an excerpt from my post "Patriots of Newjarheaddean rumor board 12/14/13" that of course posted on that day. It has received 82 views. 

 The excerpt; 

 All this recent history of me impressing and getting along with strangers so well proves something. 

Just before me and the old world went our separate ways, we had taken a taxi ride. It only took one ride i.e. the second time we called this guy for a ride, he actually told me to call him so we could talk more. I told the old world then and he knew it was true. I said you see old world, how could it be that I impress people in person i.e. face to face, so much but on the internet its all negative put downs etc with supposed replies etc. I mean EVERYONE I meet and have time to talk to wishes to here more and likes what they hear and see. 


Yesterday I spent the day talking to some convicts. 

 One thing is for sure, imo, lots are watching and that makes it difficult for anyone to do anything but the right thing.

if not god should pray for forgiveness form all of us
not blame man kind for the failure to withstand old man time

Patriots of Newjarheaddean 12/20/14

Ahoy!

Update; 12/22/14 22:23 hours. Just to clarify it appears that Patriots can view my blog they just can't post a reply. You see Uncle sam imo agrees with the general goals of Conway and company i.e. keep keith from having friends or money. Especially money. Well I'm gaining both now without the assistance of this blog. 

 I'm wondering if satan is going to be my 18,666 viewer, lol. Remember however I don't worship satan and he knows that I know the "Kings turth" about the nature of satans game i.e. christianity.

Update; 12/20/14 18:47 hours, well it is official, I have been informed by fellow Newjarheaddean that there is NO POSTING ON MY BLOG i.e. my patriots can not post comments. I want a public acknowledgment of this and then my money back google. Or i'll wish those North Korean "black hats" on you.

Update; 12/21/14 09:26 hours; oh yeah, one other argument imo alot of sheephooders have suggested as the reason for people fucking around with me, on Meridian. The sheephooders suggest that it was all because I was living with an elderly man right? Oh fuck me till the Kings truth is known. In the case of Wellborn Phillips, there were two other situation where younger men where living with elderly men at the Plaza hotel. In one case it was all out pure sex that you could here though the walls in the big building i.e. the old hotel itself. 
And as I post more of the Kings Truth, you well see just how much I have and continue to suffer. Phillip Durette, in S.A. in 1989 was my second "husband" my first in S.S. "husband" being the term i used to discribe my lovers or men I have fallin in love with. Except for Phillip Durette, they were all poor and not very attractive or down right ugly. Phillip Durrette was able to isolate me quite well in S.A. That is keep other guy away from me. HOW IN THE FUCK DID HE DO THAT? everyone has ask. 

 The Kings truth is, he told everyone I had "lackin-plantus" that's my spelling of the Latin word for the decease my mother had. It meant "not of this world". Phillip Durette told everyone I had it. Even though no one else in our family has ever shown signs of it. Nor is it suppose to be hereditary. You sheephooders can all fuck off with your crazy ass ways of thinking. You don't know shit. How ironic, but as you read, it well become clear, that there are no coincidences. At the same time it is difficult to believe that there’s any significance, due to the fact that nothing ever changes or should I say concludes. My life gets very good, then very bad, not to good, but not to bad. And I mean in that exact order. Larry king live is on, He’s covering the area 51 Roswell story history. Note, I finely got access to the internet in June of 2007, me finding the video yesterday of the Lebanon siege situation at the refugee camp. Then seeing the Mosaic news coverage on TV today showing Middle Eastern coverage of the siege now in its 56th day. And the one year anniversary of last summers Israeli Lebanon war etc. The coverage shown on US air ways i.e. media, is a day behind. Oh yah, make fun of those commits. Like AND! IKYG, Stands for "I’ll kill you god". The city of Miami, one of the tips of the Bermuda triangle, and home to one of the largest Jewish populations in the world. And this city Miami Bench is where I broke my first promise to God i.e. that I was going to keep moving everytime the circus started. I decided to stay with Wellborn Phillips. According to the website it was built in San Antonio Texas in 1947, it was moved in 1985. My first full year home from the Marines, It was rated # 3 out of the top 10 wooden coasters. Also the original name was just, The Rocket, but it was and is RED. And I was always referred to by my mother as "little O number three". And I am rising up from the ashes, like the Majestic bird etc. I was just wondering where I had heard that definition recently. It was in the movie A space Odyssey 2010 the year we made contact. Released in 1985. It aired July 10th at 22:00 hours 2007. I got the definition for Phoenix in the scene were the Scientist asks the new HAL computer to define Phoenix. One day the scene some how turns real. And the kids are eaten etc. Oh yes its true. That school was located right across from the Old Gillespie House/horse stables. Their was also the older Gillespie mansion, the grand kids had built the new home next door, hidden quite well behind the vegetation around it. And a vine that grew on it. I don’t know why anyone would have abandoned the old place. The old mansion stood till around 1986 and just across Vance Jackson heading back towards my home, was the "White Castle". Yes a house modeled after a 12th century old English Castle. Where the Boy Scouts had there lodge. Kids in the neighborhood use to brake in an hang out. It stood only till around 1977.
07/15/07 Sunday 13:53 hours just happen to Google up a story on the web about a Sumatran tiger attack at the San Antonio zoo. It posted 20:54 CDT hours July 14. I would like to take this time to address another common argument people tend to use to counter my coincidences, they say I’m looking to hard. Well to that I say. I challenge anyone to look as hard as they can in their own lives and let me know the results. I can’t ignore things that are happening. Usually I don’t put things together until one thing really gets my attention. Then other coincidences are recalled and I realize the chain of events. Some times that chain goes back weeks or mouths or just hours. One time I wondered why I could not see world events as chains etc. And then I started realizing things about 9/11/00 and the fallowing years. Ex. the UBL / OBL video released with Aymen al Zawahiri next to him. UBL asked for his followers to keep attacking the US finances etc. Shortly there after an old man flew a plain from Switzerland (One of the World’s financial capitals) into a building in Milan Italy. Also A boy named Bishop took off from St. Petersburg Florida, flew over the Central Command base then into a bank of America in Tampa. Plains burn when they crash into water, yet Bishop's aircraft dose not burn. Because of this, we find a letter he wrote about his reasoning for the attack being, to show his support for UBL. During that same time period the Vatican City was hosting a meeting of the Bishops. To discus the child molestation cases against that church etc. Anyways, the interesting point about all this and other facts is the way and timing the information comes to me. With this example I fail to recall those facts, but they were recalled or discovered by me with in a short time of wondering about world coincidences. Just like a minute ago looking for some political news for "the old world" to watch while we have lunch, I just happen to see San Antonio Zoo story. It was located under video which I normally don’t use for news searches. I could not find the video just the still photo. ANYWAYS!

Tuesday 07/17/07 Yes yesterday I heard the talk on CNN about some latest release of a UBL tape. Did not bother to listen to there nonsense coverage. Only heard it was thought to be some sort of combination of old and new. In that since it would be a lot like CNN. CNN is showing the National Intelligence Estimate Report coverage at this time. Well I can here; it just ended, 11:51 hours it’s been showing for the last 30 minutes at least. Anyways. There’s been lots of strange activity on MIR the name I’ve given my computer. 08/11/07 23:51 hours, just finished watching the movie “I walked the Line” about 35 minutes ago. It reminded me of the twisted way it all comes together with me and God. You can take it any which a way crazy boy, coincidences or games played on me. But you well continue to see how many times you must say “what a coincidence” if you choose that option. Last night seeing the add for the movie September dawn. I guessed what it was about. The 1692 witch hunts. While researching it, I chose to look at one of the sites, Haverhill turned out to be the grave site of Salalaton’s grave. He was described as the military expert of the colony etc. You know me spending my life writing Tri-F. It was the first and only link I chose to look at. Immediately upon ending the research and going to check on the "old world" this being about an hour after seeing the first movie add. Which was most likely the first shown on the CNN channel. It was airing again as I got to the "old world's" bed side. As I came to the kitchen to make some coffee, I realized that the hot pan mittens (Which are Halloween themes) that I have been taking special notice of for a week or so. Just kind of been taken a second or two of "conscious" notice of them. At any rate, they are playing a part in this chain. You see, I’ve been using the largest one for about a year now. Just a few days ago I washed the purple smaller one which hung behind the other, because of dirt billed up etc. I decided to use it because of it’s purple color (my mothers favorite) and placed it on top. Now standing in the kitchen reaching for it to pore the hot water into the coffee cup, I realize it’s the one that has the witches on it. They both have lots of symbols on them but this one has the witches. My thoughts earlier this week were about the symbols in general, being wicked and somehow of special interest but not of the witches in particular. As I read the museum’s article it mentioned that this history could repeat or rime Ha! as in the McCarthy trials (I think that was the name). During the showing of this second movie add I seen, I caught the phase used about learning from the past etc. My thought about the whole thing at first was the witch hunt type tactics being used on me. And doctor Vanderpool’s book about the scientist who was countering a witch hunt. He was writing the book when I became his patient.

1/27/08 Sunday; Coincidence chain, watching t/Obama victory speech on video 2day at lunch. Noting t/mention he made 2 t/donation f 3 $ (i.e. dollars) & 1 (i.e.one that was) cent by a lady 2 his campaign. W/a Bible verse tucked nside, I realized their must b a corresponding verse to 3:1 etc. n t/Bible. W/out realizing there would b 2 many 2 know which 1 she was referring 2, I retrieved t/Bible fm t/bk case & started looking throw it. Discovering it was t/New world translation & not t/King James Version, I recalled tt I had 4gotten tt I had realized tt previously. Ts bk wn I was considering picking it up 4 another read last yr. ANYWAYS! Later on while reading t/x magazine (2/4/08) articles I had noted f interest, I thought how Crig ventor (whose article was on creating life) looked a lot like Senator John McCain. Ts (i.e. this) while glancing up during t/news coverage on t/Senators speech n Polk city Fla. Later still while scanning TV channels I came across t/PBS series on t/Jews n America. Tn upon returning 2 t/bedroom at 1 pt, I realized t/x magazine cover story on t/Senator was titled “the Phoenix, can John McCain keep rising?” I had not yet read t/Ventor story but had just finished t/1 entitled “Coming to America” on t/Iraqi women living n Arizona now. At ts x I decided 2 tell Mr. Phillips abt ts little chain developing. Wn I got 2 t/ Phoenix part, I retold him a little f t/coincidences w/t/rocket rollercoaster, renamed t/Phoenix by Mr. Knoebel aft moving it fm San Antonio etc. & I mentioned t/movie “A Space Odyssey” & how I had thought Mr. Knoebel might hv sn t/movie 2 etc. At 19:45 hrs once again scanning t/TV channels we ended up noticing t/movie A Space Odyssey 2010 was showing. T/scene was wn t/American meets w/t/old crew member who went missing etc. I had just mentioned 2 Mr. Phillips tt 2010 was 2 yrs away, wn t/man/ghost or what ever, said 2 t/American u hv 2 days. So, not 2 bore pour Mr. Phillips w/t/movie, I continued scanning. We ended up bk at t/PBS show Jews n America. Ts x I realized it was covering blacks & Jews not t/1st & only Jew 2b hung n America by t/Klan, which is what it was covering t/1st x we tuned n wn I was scanning earlier still. Rt wn I noted 2 Mr. Phillips t/subject matter w/all ts starting w/Obama, ty showed t/x Magazine cover w/t/Jews & blacks facing off on t/cover. ANYWAYS! There’s bn other things 2, but I did not take anytime 2 record tm. T/only reason I made ts exception was t/fact it is Sunday & it was religious, & Mr. Phillips witnessed an important link. & yes I saw it as a good example f t/fact tt wn I notice these things I’m not suffering fm some chemical imbalance. T/proof is n t/organizing skills I’ve bn showing 4 t/last wk or so & rt up till ts very minute, w/my Tri-F manual. Etc. Ty r not associated w/united heath care. I don’t believe united hearth care gave Optum Mr. Phillips name or any other info. I believe it was t/local boys at t/MiBe human resource department or Paul Martin. And tt means t/1st caller tt actually talked 2 us aft t/2 or 3 hang ups on t/2nd  ring was misleading me wn she said she was calling n behave f United health care. So t/onslaught f activity I hv bn expecting w/t/anniversary f me quitting wk last yr is what ts machine is part f. It was mail 2 arrive just a couple f days b4 Feb. 14. & ts morning t/privacy directorate was used by t/Optum caller. 6/18/07 15:00 hours noticed my phone wallpaper had been changed. Also the main menu. And other settings such as ring. Caller ID. And my recent received calls list. After I had reset what I could the phone once again changed wallpaper and main menu settings etc. This after last night’s computer mishap as I tried to log off a new administrative account appeared. Would not allow me to log off. After turning computer completely off there was no sign of it left on the control panel etc. This all took place on or about the hour of 19:30.

6/16/08 the bouncing ball sound BS. Started about one week ago. Just a couple to a few bounces every ½ hour to every few hours at first. Now they have built up to 10 or 15 bounces. Some times it sound like its coming form apt. 4 other times 2 which is the one that is being used for storage now. 09/27/08 10;19 hours only here the sound once and a great while now.

08/27/07 it would take me all day to write down all the BS activity around here. The girl in 304/#2 has stopped the Exorcists act she use to do, between the hours of 23:00 and 01:00 hours. The people in 306 have picked up the slack. Also Westle (the manager) asked me last night if the dog was driving you crazy? As in ME. Not if it was driving you all crazy. As in US. I recalled to myself at that point that it had woke us up the other morning for the first time. And yes this morning too. What coincidences. The ass whip people that keep coming around looking at the building always have their conversations mostly in Spanish of course (So we can’t gain any information) while standing in the shaded area by our window. But as soon as they walk away, shade is the last concern of theirs. Today has also brought the Chirping car alarm into play. Every 30 minutes at most it’s gone off. It’s all a chemical imbalance within my mind.
08/29/07 People in 306 11/17/10 (note here I believe I was thinking at the time that we lived in 306. The poinle mentioned is the lady that worked here and her boyfriend a real smart ass) sitting on their porch with the dog, said west had told them we complained about the dog. Since the women had seen me talking to West, after he stopped me on my return from smoking a cigarette out front. I’m sure they believed him. That explains the extra noise from 306. But I still believe it’s all an organized campaign to destroy my paradigm. Just like the time the guy in 304 called the cops on west shortly after moving in. Just to make it look like they are enemies. Or you can believe they moved in all on their own, with the goal of harassing us, just because they are harassing type people. And also don’t know anything about the attitude of the people around here and don’t get along with the management either. But I know westle would not put up with the IMPACTS on his wall with his 52 inch 3000.00 TV hanging their on the wall. One other thing to end with on the wall tactics, they make lots of noise as if hanging things. One day as they were going in I just happen to get a good look at that wall. There’s nothing on it, nor is their even a table or bed by it.
09/1/07 Okay, I waited to inter these notes to show that I’ve got control of myself and not suffering from some kind of attack that comes over me. On the 29th of last mouth I viewed emails. There were two from the MCA. I deleted one of them. I also discovered all my photos had again been rearranged. Also someone has put little rocks in the plant holder of my tree out side. I used bagged dirt from the nursery to fill it. There has never been any rocks out back before from the roof or any other source. There are lots of them now. And the tree losses its leaves a lot. They are all long narrow leaves. But someone has placed one rounded one from a tree out front next to the ones from my tree. No I don’t believe to freak wind blow one into the area. Boy I wish these people would take some meds and get over their obsession with me. But of course I understand the way the system works, medicate the one not the group. IKYG. Oh, I almost forgot, I’ve also noticed the dog next door always has something to bark about when I have been talking for the while. Like when I and Mr. Phillips are having one of our debates on the world. Mr. Phillips is sneezing now, god bless you. Update 02/09/08 rocks stopped finding their way into my plant out back about two mouths ago. But their was lots of cat shit and vomit that found it way onto the back and front steps and onto the air conditioners. one time with the piss they pored it on the area were I put my smokes out, then put some right in the same location out front too. Now yesterday the neighbors got a real nice plant for there back door area and today a rock was in my plant. I did get the year right on this note.  Update 12/25/08 there are no rocks in the pot or around it, the plant never came back. I’m planning on throwing it out. Update 11/17/10 on the shit, piss bandit it of course has kept on schedule, i.e. none for a while than front and back back within days of each other. The lastest is I’ve taken up smoking in the new smoke lounge i.e. lab, head, etc. for about four mouths now their has been no shit or piss, until 11/15/10 on the front just at the base of the first step with some kind of grass weed mixture.
09/2/07 10:27 hours. I don’t believe I made the note about the woman who used Privacy director to get though then asked for Rena Kelly the same name she used to get though. Also Mr. Phillips was seeing a Rena specialist at the hospital for his kidney malfunction. Anyways I told her that her friend most have privacy directorate too. She was overly friendly etc. I don’t feel like a lot of detailed notes. Just remembered I must have written this note. I recall the last line. But I did not see it above so I’ll leave this one anyways. Note on note, it was entered in the mischievous file, on prank calls.
07/15/08 about three mouths ago the calls started being all on the same day and nothing for a week, and now after call day the calls finally end after call from Optim the company that talk Mr. Phillips into hooking up the monitor.

09/26/08 person I have been told is named Allen that was talking out his butt about this being a bad neighborhood to raise kids, statement made to woman pushing carriage as she and I walked by him. He was drinking watch look like beer in a clear glass. Has now twice found his way on to our porch to have a set. He has greeted me with very loud friendly commits twice once walking buy and once on the first time I spotted him on the porch and nodded silently at me today setting on the porch this at about 16:30 hours. Just before the spotting on the porch today I happen to see him walking around the block to the west.
09/27/08 just some of the messages I’ve noticed on the Daylink monitor; uploading 63, Retry 23, calling host, retrying mode 3 this was during time machine was out of order last week. Today the sound was out until I touched the volume then it blared just like before, its either blasting or silent.
09/27/08 16; 18 hours lost power for just a couple of seconds. A/c goes off and on just like last time about two weeks ago.
09/28/08 around 16; 00 hours Paul Martin came by. Knocked real load on wood frame of door. When into bed room to use his phone. Talked well with wellborn and me. Lots of ball scratching while I made commits to him.

11/05/08 I’ve been running now for about one mouth, started an extended walk warm up about a week ago, not the first time or second or third time but the fourth time there was this bum sleeping right where I stopped to start my run back. So I kept going to the next walkway out to the beach. My next run he had decided to move down one too. So I walked over and took a look at him as I walked by, he should not have noticed since he was right in everyone’s way walking to a from hotel etc. today as a walked down he was not in sight until I stopped to return the other way he was one down, from the first walk way, he had been at originally, so I seen him as I was walking back. Also the other day I had 6 people either start there run next to me, or decide it was time for them to start there return run just 30 seconds 50 feet or so after they past me. Also was past by a neighbor on his bike real close.
11/08/08 the optim machine is not working again.
11/09/08 started walking btw running days.
11/12/08 this morning around 08:30 hours there was a electrical flicker and what sounded like a voice on the optim machine said check. Also the back up power source beeped too.
11/13/08 a Thursday started work. West told me someone through a brick on his blue ford last Wednesday and he has installed a camera.
11/16/08 next door neighbor Pete I think is his name gets a big smile on every time I’ve seen him and boy can you smell the dope on him. The bouncing ball has stopped now it’s a sound like the buzzer from a drier, and a beeping like someone always setting the timer on a micro wave oven.
11/17/08 just asked next door neighbor (Pete) what his name was and he told me Matt. Smiling the whole time. I thought it was Pete because that’s what Dick/pete (note dick being the name he give me) the owner of the Honda called him when he was yelling at him the other day about leaving for a while. This when they met as Matt was returning from work like he dose at about 10:00 hours. Just seen Shawn adjusting the West cam.
11/18/08 okay some notes thing worth mentioning; the neighbors in number two about one mouth ago started having very loud conversations in the back bed room. They would only talk for 30 seconds but you could here them quite well. These conversations have gotten more frequent and longer. There was always the shoes or bag dropped on the floor around 24:00 to 01:00 hours (IMO someone coming home from work) now that has stopped. Last night around 01:35 hour to 02:20 hours someone had a very loud conversation about money. It sounded as if he was talking on the phone or to himself; you never herd the other person. I believe they open the window and stand by it.
Matt and Dick (Honda owner) had a loud conversation out side our front window today 10:20 hours Dick was taking about how he had better find another job. Dick made statements as if he worked in a kitchen somewhere, talked about how they wanted him to do dishes and his job was to dirty them up. Matt stated that he went in at 06:30 hours to 10:00 hours then went in again at 14:00 hours. I noticed about two weeks ago that the Sat Dish of our neighbors was moved I just went out to get a good look at it and they moved it right to the old place we had ours, we had to move ours b/c of bad reception. Today Dick has taken off on his Honda at least 15 times stayed gone no longer than maybe 30 minutes a couple of times, the rest were 5 – 10 minutes max. I just took my bike to have flat tire fixed. Update, 11/17/10 just decided to mention the Allen rm # 116 had a very loud conversation on or about oct. 25 2010. The next day Pete (Honda guy) also had a loud conversation on the opposite corner of the property, pete near 5th street. His statement to me smelling like piss and beer, “hay let me talk to you for a minute, I seen shun the other day up in north Miami, imo still trying to worry me about Shaun kicking my ass and also that is  a good description of where I saw him i.e. see note 5/22 /10 up near like 70th street, there is a note some where. Also the next imo I was working i.e. vacuuming the hall on first floor Allen came out of his room “I hate that fucking vacuum cleaner, and continued on the pronounce the building was making him sick, he had been throwing up blood all night, this all spoken so loud you could here him 50 feet away he ended up standing right in front of the hotels front door and continued for about 10-15 minutes that I know of.
11/18/08 saw (big man knees the ex athletes I believe) 12:14 hours locking up bike near tool shed door today. Also there is a guy who owns a faded purple mopid that has to really be cranked in the morning (06:00 or 07:00 hours) to start. He comes home I believe at 15:00 hours.
11/19/08 17:13 hours note power surge. Note Mr. Phillips left his keys in the door lock from 16:50 hours on and no one not even the neighbor who sets out side every couple of hours smoking his dope, bothered to knock on the door.
11/22/08 19:40 hours power outages four different one second flickers first time you heard the recorder with the Optim machine kick in and said something like testing.
11/23/08 note this is the horoscope on yahoo today, The mistakes you've made in the past are all in the past! So to spend time regretting them today is a monumental waste of your time, especially if you are trying to set goals for your future. Because when you're thinking about what to do next in your life, you have to put what you've already done in your life out of your mind. Be careful starting new projects when you're in a reflective frame of mind, because you won't be able to be objective. You'll shy away from things you shouldn't fear.
Okay, been working the parking lots now for one week. The games began immediately. It may be that it started with West knocking on the door to give me the job. Cleaning the Big Als place, I was given only hours from 09:00 till 12:00 hours on the first day, NO tools, mob but no ringer or bucket until loaned to me by bill at about 11:30. Bran spanking new toilet bowl cleaning brush but no running water. No glass cleaner or razors with windows and mirrors full of stickers and tape. Just an ounce of grease cutting fluid in a leaking container. The parking lot being full of cigarette butts as if someone had through ash trays of butts out the door. Water bottles on the gutter drains three days in a row, the restaurant and others throwing out big old boxes without braking them down which filled the dumpster, then Friday night three extremely heavy bags of foot etc. one with a visible tear in one corner left out on the ground. The garbage men emptied the dumpster Saturday morning. This morning the bags are still there the dumpster is empty and about six boxes have been broken down and are setting on the side of the dumpster. There were no cigarette buts on the parking lot, there were about 6 lotto tickets though.
12/01/08 13;14 hours note call by Claudia, this is the second time she has called and Honda owner has started his bike while I’m talking to her (shortly after phone rang), she also asked for Fritz when she called Mr. Phillips had answered phone. With the lot there have been lots of bottles small in size on the they are just perfect size to fit into my dust pan. There is a wooden crate beside the dumpster that has been place one way looking like someone has recently used it to set on and then on its side like it first was as if its just set there for someone to put in trash or take it. There has also been lots of palm frond naturally from the palm tress, however there has been lots of little peaces of trash under them. I found it interesting how the palm fronds first appeared just before the restaurant placed putted trees in front of the restaurant too. The pet walker for the pet store has also been letting the dogs crap on the grass out back with out picking it up, if she had been doing that all along there would be lots of it but there is just a dozen or more piles because she’s only been neglecting to pick it up for the last week or so.  Note forgot to mention the big old TV box left out in the ally right in view of west’s camera monitoring the ally.
12/02/08 today the TV box has been moved all the way to the back door of the restaurant and there is more boxes and trash all over the area of the dumpster and it is full. Claudia did ask me how the lot looked yesterday. This morning we had the mopid cracker and Honda owner (dick) was cracking on his bike at 08:00 hours the time I have been out the door to clean lot. I stopped going out at 08:00 hours last Friday. I seen the pet walker last night out front she had a couple of dogs with her and was equipped with a pooper glove to pick up the shit.
12/03/08 (649 LMM) white van at restaurant.
Yesterday Honda owner/dick/peter. Here by referred to as hodp, started his bike a just let it idle for about 20 – 30 minutes. You know just to show it won’t stall. I spotted him talking to one of the alcoholic neighbors, then a few minutes latter him and the alki stood in front of the apartment and yelled Sicilian fagot, homo etc real loud for about 2 – 3 minutes. I happen to be going out so I got a good look at the apartment they were yelling up to on third floor could not tell for sure who it was. Latter still a couple standing by the Honda asked me as I left if I had seen peter and pointed at the Honda. On the lot there are still lots of sig butts about 50 every morning and now just as many out front. I cleaned windows yesterday today someone left a pair of what looked like (judging by thickness of lenses) prescription sunglasses on the window seal of one of the windows. Also there is a odd little corner of the south west side of building that almost always has some sort of led or special saws container in it.
12/05/08 this morning there was another pet crap bag in the special corner I mentioned that always has some kind of lid or souse container etc. pet walkers lic w47yhs. Also wonted to mention that the stove flame today was very yellow, this has been a pattern over the last two years at least once one of the pilot flames was out too.
12/07/08 lot looked average, lots of sig butts noticed that those in the grass next to street where smashed old looking. There was a sig pack in the odd little corner, and lots of little candy rappers maybe some one is trying to quite lol! Lots more dog crap in grass too two piles right on edge of grass were a sig pack had been placed against wall IMO the hope was that I would go for the pack and just step onto grass i.e. crap. Also there has now been no more than a couple but at least one sig butt just out side the side door i.e. 5th street side.
12/08/08 lot looked pretty dam good, I forgot to mention the wooded match sticks out by the back door though not any there today. There was one butt on the 5th street side door though just one like I said. Could also be someone trying to make restaurant people think I’m missing with them lol. There also is what looks like a hundred butts along the curb on the west side. To me there would have to be someone out side smoking all the time to have that many butts on the ground yet I never have seen anyone smoking out side think of doing some walk by especially on Friday nights. Also most all the butts are burned down into the butts like one would see with sigs left in an ash tray.
12/09/08 lots of sigs out the 5th street side this morning, the ones along the curb on west side had been swept up but not picked up. Still finding bottle that are just the right size to fit in my duct pan example water bottles and other crushed containers today a small whisky bottle. Today there was an empty poop bag laying out on the ground where the pet walker usually parks today she had parked way down by the restaurant. Also someone place a sig butt on what looked like a buried pile of dog poop. West told me today someone broke out the security light he had just put up out in the alley. And that he had seen Mike out there, Mike is the guy who lived next door in #2 with his daughter.  
12/09/08 saw Paul Martin at the laundry mat, he made a point to tell me this story about this girl he called a whore friend of his, that told him about this cop who had asked for sex in exchange for letting her go. However he told me this way “I had this lady friend who was a whore, I (then he lead over to whisper in my ear) told her if you go down on me I’ll let you go. Can you imagine the nerve of that cop? That’s what he told her.”  Also Paul got into a conversation with some guy and they started talking about military past I can’t recall what unit Paul said he was in during Korea but afterwards I realized it was not a USMC unit it was some Army unit, so much for him being a USMC officer like he has told us.
12/10/08 noticed lots of sig butts have built up on the grass area in front of 5th street side door of restaurant, ironically there were three sig butts right by the door on the red brick where normally there have only been the one a day butt lol. The west side look same as always with the one piece of something in the southwest corner where the old tree stump is. Back door area was real clean only about four butts. One thing strange was the pattern of one brown butt right next to one white butt this was the case at least ten times near and far from the back door lots of them were up against the walls and parking lot curbs, IMO to keep the wind from blowing them away.
12/11/08 forget to mention it yesterday there was a small black out of fluid lighter near the wall on south side of parking lot near the laundry mat of the apartments next door, today a empty match book. A pile of crumpled up tape looks like there is going to be lots of people from the apartments missing the trashcan near the wall now. Never was a problem before remember I’ve lived here for four years now. Also forgot to mention the women who walked up to me behind the building asking about the people who owned the building under construction next to the restaurant she made some funny statements about it looking empty and said she owned a cleaning company and wanted to offer her services. There were almost no sig butts today anywhere near the dumpster on the alley side of the wall there was a hole little collection of items to numerous to name. also someone threw a bunch of news paper on the ground out back of our neighbors apartment, I happen to walk by the front door of the Plaza office this morning with my morning paper realized just as I was doing that that the management is going to think I threw the papers out back because ever since I’ve been working cleaning up the lot I have not walked by the office with my news paper been coming in the back with my tools however that’s also because I was carrying by paper in a back pack too. Don’t do that anymore because I wait till I’m finished cleaning now instead of getting my paper first, ANYWAYS!
12/12/08 today there was what looked like postcards one in front and one in back of restaurant, they were Freedom “the intelligent alternative to quitting smoking” the picture showed what looked like a fountain pen. There were lots of sig butt out side back door too. And a long serving/drinking glass in the southwest tree stump corner. Also someone has graffetieed the electrical boxes again.
12/13/08 lots of buts out front in the street too they had been swept up last week. I swept them up and picked up two big liquor bottles out in the street on south west corner. Noticed lots of sig butts stuck to the ground now. Also realized that there has developed a pattern of me finding these little golden lace ropes (about 4 or 5 inches long) tied in a lose knot. I believe I must have swept up a half dozen since starting this job I’m going to start saving them maybe DNA on them lol. Also there was a single match stick near back door. And I realized the pet walker is a mom and daughter team. So it maybe mom who parks down by restaurant. One last game to mention that I just recalled I’ve also noticed a pattern of large rocks in parking lot.
12/14/08 there is a bike a Hufy chained to one of the trees in the lots it’s been there for three days now. Today in the south west tree stump there was a gallon container of TiKi torch fuel with only two inches of fuel left in it. The restaurant could have torches but I’ve never seen them. There was one large box in the dumpster and one large box setting out of the dumpster, nothing else.
12/14/08 what do you know nothing really special or out of the ordinary today except that the police where across the street with some car they had pulled over and there was one monitoring the work crew at the manhole on the west side of restaurant. There was some poop in the lot by back door to restaurant the big box next to the dumpster had not been placed in the dumpster, so I figured maybe it had been placed there by someone other than the restaurant and put it in myself.
12/16/08 the only thing out of the ordinary today was that there were two butts in front of pet store front doors and none right in front of restaurant 5th street side like there has been. Last night about 01:00 hours a transformer blow in the alley one of the ones right next to the tree I had trimmed when I started working for Claudia. Workers and fire department personal were out there till four or five in the morning. Started my early runs today went running about 11:00 hours, right at the end point at the top of the hill there was this guy walking so slow and taking steps no longer than one foots heel to the others toes. He looked like this guy I’ve seen before all impressive tall lean muscular white guy in his thirties. He was wearing a Miami university pull over hooded sweet jacket. I decided to back track his tracks he had started his walk about four beach entries down near First Street where the last hill starts. He had been taking small steps the whole way, however you could see where he had been turning to look back frequently and I don’t know how quickly he was taking those steps before I noticed him. Also there was the black guy in black with a back pack who ran towards me at ¾ speed then stopped just after passing me. And there was the group who stopped running just in front of me. The bum was sleeping down near my starting point.
12/17/08 the only thing to mention was that there was one butt in front of pet store and one butt in front of restaurant on the 5th street side. Lots of flattened cups and bottles and closer to the dumpster.
12/17/08 today someone throw about 15 - 20 new papers out in the alley (the layer of pieces covered the ground for a 12 foot radius and continued from the fence near 5th street to the back gate). The porn adds kind of news papers maybe new times I think. They had torn them into 6 inch squares, it looked to me as if they had come out the back door to the big building next to us and maybe pretended to loose their grip and tossed them over the rail. It is not at all windy and so of the pieces were stuck pretty tight in the pipe that runs along the stair wall, and some pieces were on the first level and up the stairs too. I don’t believe I’ve made note of it however I’ve been telling Mr. Phillips all week that the Herald new paper vendor has been empty all week. I’m also on video buying the news paper at the stores across the street. Anyways today the Herald was not sold out. Also someone thought it would be cute to take a new times out of the box an place it on top of the machine while I was down the alley cleaning up all the peaces so I kept that one for finger prints, noticed (Dick) Peter Honda owner was across the street waiting for the bus too. I herd the door on the vendor at the time I believe the whole one was left out on the machine so IMO it was (Dick). Dick caught the K Omni bus.  
12/19/08 some how it looks like a got my dates wrong yesterday may have been the 18th ANYWAYS. Today I discovered that the new times paper squares were all thrown about again, this time mostly from the first dumpster around the corner and down 5th street down to Meridian Ave around that corner and down just past the gate on Miridian also a hand full of peaces had been thrown over the fence and had made their way almost to my door. Their was again a small group of about 5 or 6 butts within a 10 inch circle at the corner of the back door of the pet shop. West has put a locked door handle on the back gate has not yet given us a key, I know the others who live right next to it have keys I seen the keys the day Shawn was installing it. They were laying right on the step about 7 keys. They also installed an automatic opener with a wire running to Shawn’s apartment. (that’s what I believe it is) I mention to West that “I seen the buzzer wire so you’ll could tell when someone opens it right” he agreed and I also said “even if it doesn’t work it people well still think it dose” he never corrected me about it being a automatic door opener. Also he has never mentioned having any footage of anyone going out the back door with a bag of shaded paper etc. I remember last time they changed the front gate lock I asked about a key three or more times but West waited till Mr. Phillips just about demanded a key before we got one. 
12/20/08 Mr. Phillips just noted to me that we have somehow gotten one day behind on the date in the book we keep his vital signs in. Just a coincidence? I had noted that we were on the evening instead of morning side a couple of days ago. No one from the city has picked up the paper yet, west still has not given us a key. As I walked around the building to come in the front door he just gave me a grin and mike came out the door next to him saying they should just leave. There was a black restaurant napkin in the dumpster yesterday with a bunch of food coming out of a bag, today a white one was on the stump in the corner. 085-HIZ was the plate on a car that showed up this morning with some girl in it with a white pooltle. Another girl came and sat down on the stump and was met by some guy in a taxi. There was a lot of trash around the dumpster, I did not go out till after the trash men had dumped it so it could have been full and just fell out as being dumped. Almost forgot some one put a strip of paint from the gate in the grass next to the stump too. 
12/21/08 some one did pick up the paper I noticed that later in the evening and the news paper bandit struck again same location and effect. And once again lots of trash around dumpster so I don’t believe it was fall out yesterday after the trash men came. The Huffy bike is still chained in the lot. The big board is gone but there is a counter top next to the dumpster now. Witnessed a Shawn costumer coming up to the gate this morning just as me and Shawn arrived at the gate. He was positioning tools and said he was going to hang something. I think its going to be a camera. But there his costumer was, he did not say a word to either one of us they just looked at each other.  
12/21/08 well the paper bandit struck again this time on the south side of the alley and right in front of apartment two and farther down Meridian Ave. The cards making up the trash around the dumpster are Pkinggraphics.com cards about 6x8s I also noticed the paper squares are getting smaller some are only 2x2 now the city cruse were out picking it up on the streets. And believe it or not the Huffy bike is gone and a silver motor bike is now in its place.
12/22/08 nothing any special, more graphics cards, the pet shop owners were late so all the employees were waiting out side there is two Mexican looking girls and a white lady that I’ve seen around before.
12/23/08 today there was the Huffy bike chained back up to the pole. Lots of palm fronds and graphics cards one happy holiday card. This time three or four were right by the door to the print shop and more were by the dumpster. Very few butts any where non on the 5th street side. The dumpster was full so IMO the restaurant was open and workers there, I guess none of the smokers. Caught Shawn cleaning the carpet cleaning machine yesterday and got the hose from him to wash the piss away from the door. There is now a camera watching the back gate, I wonder if it feeds to Shawn’s apartment or the office going to look for the wire.
12/24/08 the paper bandit struck again this time with smaller pieces of paper. On the southwest corner of the lot they added a white drinking top to the black one along the wall I’ve been ignoring to keep from having to step in the grass. And there where about 8 peaces of paper, I don’t believe they blow with the wind because there were no other pieces along the wall or any where else except right in front of our door two pieces wet down with water to make sure they stayed there.
12/25/08 seen Peter/dick leaving today about 09:00 hours, he must of taken the buss or gotten picked up by someone, his bike was still here when I got back and he was not at the buss station. The lot looked here clean today it had rained quite a bit.

12/29/08 nothing much to mention, someone did leave a large maybe 32 ounce bottle of water out back the restaurant back door. And today there was a single 4 inch square of paper (pictures of girls showing big old tits.
The paper bandit has been placing small amounts of paper around the dumpsters and paper dispensers no where near as much as before though.
12/30/08 the lot was trashed today with about 20 pieces of toilet paper and in the middle of the lot there was what looked like a pile of crap with toilet paper around and mix in with it. Butt lol it turned out to be some kind of food and grease. Lots of sig butts a whole pile of them at the corner stump. And also there has been a lot of candle and wax out be the water faucet. Someone has put more plywood out too. And there was another graphics card, also a chef’s bib/apron (like a chef wares to keep clean).
Note; starting on or about the morning of 12/24/08 I woke up with the room spinning. I have remained dizzy ever since. Especially when lying down, waking up or when I go walking. Last night in the shower I discovered that when I’m masturbating I loss my errection just as I near climax, I worked it lol three times to that point and lost it each time. I believe I have been drugged. Who and with what I don’t know suspect a blood pressure med. I don’t suspect Mr. Phillips. I find it interesting how I and Mr. Phillips lost track of the days right around the 24th also. I’m wondering if someone could not be positioning him (Mr. Phillips) since he has been so dizzy for mouths now, and this time some how I got into it (got the dos). My theory is that who ever maybe doing this (Paul Martin) or (CMC and company) they are hoping that Mr. Phillips well fall and end up in the rest home and me back on the streets. Also I seem to be having trouble sleeping (getting to sleep) wake up okay (not dead head) I do have much more trouble coordinating chores and routines like cooking. Change my mind about what to do next etc. also having trouble with memory, that’s been going on for about a mouth now. I’ve been thinking it was just getting older but now I’m not at all sure that’s the case. I have written some cheat notes on the one chapter of Tri-F one mouth ago and I’m still having trouble recalling the notes. That’s way off for me. I have been okay with my editing of the Tri-F lately; at least I don’t disagree with my decisions right now. I have gotten mixed up on which page I was on several times. ANYWAYS! Well see.     
12/30/08 well its all true, so here it goes, about 13:00 hours I noticed a feeling of normalcy. I did not feel dizzy. I began to test myself and I was not dizzy. So I went for a walk that turn into a ¾ of my normal range run. And only felt mildly dizzy. I was able to turn my head as I walked and not have to return it forward to regain my balance etc. Got home showered, my balls were tight and I wacked with only a mild lost of my errection before ejaculating. Afterwards got dressed and lade down for a while got up etc I no longer dizzy. Now here are some coincidences, if anyone cares to check the TV schedule you would find the movie “Premonition” staring Sandra Bullock aired on or about the 24th. I watched it. And the morning after was the first time I experienced the spinning room. Sandra’s character experienced about one week of Premonitions etc. I had also seen a cops show about this guy being given a sobriety test and had put myself though the paces just a day or so before becoming so dizzy. I still believe I may have been drugged. I did start a Cranberry juice regiment today to flush my kidneys.
Note I also forgot to mention finding the safety pen today, in the back door way of the store/space next to the pet shop that is also rented by the restaurant. You see I used safety pens to pen up plastic bags around my paints legs when I cut the grass Sunday. To keep the shit of my legs. And IMO they lol (Paul Martin gang or CMC & Co.) put the pen in the door way to make sure I would find it, because they would also see me checking the door ways every day. Anyways! IMO we saw. Almost forgot, I had mentioned to Mr. Phillips how my nose had stopped running so much like it normally dose. This morning it started running again, I realized it after my second trip to blow my nose from the breakfast table. Like I said I still believe I was drugged.    
12/31/08 nothing except some red candles near dumpster. I did wake up a little dizzy this morning. The huffy bike and motor bike were both chained to the same pole.
1/01/09 bikes still chained together. Lots of wooden matches at back door to restaurant and one tooth pick. A glass of water I placed it near water fountain. Note I had left the large bottled water were it was for a couple of days then through it away so now they leave a glass of water out. Today I through the bib (apron) away today lets see what they (those at the restaurant or those doing things like they work at the restaurant) come up with now. I may take to looking around the restaurant after hours to see if that is the case or if things are being done after closing. And their was one small peace of toilet paper next to one small square of new time porn. Neighbors in #4 moved out today. They had moved the chair in from the porch about a week ago. I asked David if someone had taken it just yesterday. He told me that’s why he had moved it in, to keep someone from taking it. Now with the stealth move that I only discovered by accident I say they did not want us to notice them being gone. Just like the people who moved out last time in the night out the back door etc. never hared a sound of furniture moving, talking etc. Phil the roller skater said they were moving closer to Publics on Alton road.    
1/02/09 nothing to much just the sig butts, the bikes are still there etc.
1/03/09 nothing special, there always seems to be a Marlboro light sig pack crushed on the lot. Today there was a Marlboro red pack too. Also a plate of rice on the stump corner.
1/04/09 lots of food and napkins today. The bikes are gone. And yes I’m still dizzy. Have noticed what seems to always be four sig butts right at the western corner of the pet shop door. Note must be a careless real careful employee of the pet shop. LoL meaning person dose not care about lettering but always puts sig out within same 6 inch circle on the ground. Just realized we got the rice yesterday, bread etc today maybe tomorrow well be the mean course. (Chicken bones)?  
1/05/09 more food trash, I’ve also notice that the restaurant can’t decide if the curtains in front should be up or down after hours. IMO once the side walk is open to pedestrians they well have to be up. There was a box out in front of the 5th street side of restaurant looked like one that the pet shop had probably thrown out. Someone must have taken it out of the dumpster. And a toys r us advertisement catalog too.  Also the paper bandit stuck again with smaller peaces of paper but not as much volume. 
1/06/09 a broken starbucks bottle on south west corner, not to many sig buts anywhere, and only one at the pet shop door way. I got a late start so the owner of the pet shop could have had them picked up.
1/07/09 last night I seen the little fat guy in apt 2 walking around the apartments and clapping his hands once every so often, when I went out the front to see him come around the corner he went back into his apt. I clapped my hands together and he pocked his head out looking right at me. The lot looked cleaner than normal most the sig butts were closer to the fence than the building almost none on west side and none on 5th street side. I had taken a walk last night around 24;30 hours through the lot and saw that there was not much out there. The paper bandit stock day before yesterday I forgot to mention it small peaces inside the big buildings fence on 5th street side.
1/08/09 lots of little things on the ground in the lot today, no buts near pet shop door, or 5th street side. One egg corn out side the door on the 5th street side rented by the restaurant next to old Big ales you could see the Christmas tree it came from just inside the door. Note I was not dizzy yesterday and am not so far today. 
1/09/09 nothing special, noticed last night as I went to store the restaurant was very busy more cars in lot than I’ve ever see. About 15 or more. 5th street side clean one sig but, west side some butts in street, nothing at stump corner or south west corner of lot. Lots of butts at back door, and there were the butts at corner of pet shop door, three within 6 inch circle and one off the side. Note I was realizing that my dizziness may be something I got into while sweeping up the floors of Big Ales, or the chemical in the degreaser since one of my gloves had that whole in it. I have only been a tad dizzy in the last two days. I have it hard to believe a drug would last this long and go away for one day and then return the way the dizziness did a week or so ago. There were lots of rat droppings and could have been rat poison on the ground too. MY GOD its huff and mouth, lol. I have also noticed it seems like when I get much less dizzy I develop a slight head-ack. But then again there is the arthritis in my neck that could just be all coincidences that it to is acting up and complicating the cave man diagnoses LOL! 
1/10/09 nothing special some food from burger king, sig butts at pet shop door, there were lots of sig buts on west side of restaurant along curb right in location I had swept them up the other day, could have been the wind lol. There has been some more graffiti on electrical boxes first noticed it a week ago. Can’t make out what it says, there’s an arrow pointing to lever.   
1/11/09 sig butts at corner of pet shop door, a Clean creek bike chained to sign pole on south west corner. There were no sigs on south west side of restaurant along the curb. Lots by back door with empty pack. Also among the butts at back door was one of the golden braded cords tied in a knot. The paper bandit struck again just 30 foot section of small peaces along the 5th street. There has been a few times where hole paper sections had been thrown out by the alley dumpster. Note on US media, today the Herald ran an article on Jose Luis de Jesus Miranda; the headline was MORE WOE FOR “ANTICHRIST” PRECHER. Jose was featured in the movie “Religulous” put out by Bill Maher (opened Oct. 3 at Lionsgate studio). Mr. Phillips and I went to see that movie (I found the ticket stub wed. 14:40 hours showing the stub on the bottom list 02:08 PM i.e. 14;08, 10/08/08 it was the matinee and cost 8.00 $ and I’m entering all this on a Sunday 10;15 hours 03/01/09 there is also an 8 on the stub IMO is the theater number)  in fact the only movie we have ever gone to see. My point the divorce has been going on for a long time now but the Herald chose Sunday to run the article. IMO they are not only messing with Jose but trying to stir up people who notice coincidences. I mentioned this to Mr. Phillips then went to turn on the TV tuned into the music channel, which was playing the Greek Byzantine orchestra celebrating the Eastern orthodox Christmas. The dis-jokey also talked about Jesus being baptized by John the Baptist etc. I could go on but ANYWAYS! My major point is that this is not the only time and it’s not just a Herald thing. IMO all media/US propaganda machine components dose this lots of times but never when it would truly put the peaces to gather on a real important story. Note just finished reading article, Mr. Phillips has brought it to my attention earlier but I just read it. I was right the decision by the judge was back in December but like I said that would have been to real of a coincidence so they wait tell now but run it on a Sunday as a joke etc. put my note on article under person’s of interest. Also he claimed to be anti Christ after claiming to be Christ. Now that I can believe. lol. 03/01/09 I don’t see it mentioned above so I’ll note it here after reading the information about Jesus lol, I found out most think he ran off the Texas were I’m from, it is also true the Corpus Christy is the last city I visited, to see my cousins before leaving Texas I made three trips with three weeks.
1/14/09 one large palm frond that could not have come from the small palm trees in the lot. No buts near pet shop door. A few boxes left beside the dumpster that would have easily fit in the dumpster.
1/15/09 more wood has been left by the dumpster, boxes are still there. Sig butts were scattered every where not all concentrated near back door, no butts near pet shop door. Also there was a peace of what looked like a part of the shelving from inside the big ales restaurant it was next to the fence down by the Ta Zin restaurant. 
1/16/09 no butts on 5th street side, only two on west side and they were not even along the curb. Several areas with vegetation like palm frond strips, and a large leaf of lattice at the dumpster, the boxes beside the dumpster were still there and more boards, I broke down the boxes, and was able to break down the new boards too. Threw them in the dumpster. There were also the usual four at the pet shop door with one of the four just off to one side.

1/24/09 I walked around the restaurant last night at 01:20 hours to see what I might see. Some of the workers, maybe a manager and two door men and a Miami beach cop saw me. I noted on a busy Friday night there were no butts on the 5th street side. There was some at the back door. This morning it looked about the same. I find it strange that the curb on the 5th street side was not full of butts on a Saturday morning. My hypothesis is that someone recognized my and so they did not dump the ash trays out on the curb at closing. So that would mean that at least one working at the restaurant knows me. There is a Harley Davidson parked out front it looks like the one that use to also park out front at the pet shop. The pet shop owner has a Harley too, but this is more of a plan hog type. That person who owns it use to always come out and smoke a sig on my return from Walgreen’s. Also there has not been anything but a few butts in the last 10 – 14 days in the stump corner. Someone also placed two broken down boxes behind the dumpster. 
1/25/09 I did not do a walk around last night, don’t want to set a pattern lol. This morning I found a couple of butts in front of each store front, lots along the curb on 5th street side, and lots scattered all over the lot right up to and around the dumpster, with two whole unsmoked ones on one of the parking slot curbs with the fire side pointing towards the building as if potential smoking guns if you well. Also there was two napkins at the stump corner. What a coincidence or is it someone with access to my computer activity perpetuating the situation. I have forgotten to mention that I have NOT been dizzy for at least two weeks now. At times I have felt like what I can only describe as on the verge of becoming dizzy at times. However I have perfect balance at the same time. I have also been much more back to normal with my coordination of daily routines i.e. cooking etc.

Coincidences;

I well now list some coincidences that have accrue that no one can claim to be planted. Like I’ve said the coincidences come in waves and the way in which some of the information is made known to me is part of the equation. There were so many this last time which may still be continuing that I have failed to recall it all due to the other fact that I have stated before that I do not keep track/score all the time. the list well also have to be edited later to place it all in the best chronological order.  ANYWAYS!
Mr. Phillips calling the Jackson’s about the court case he and they were in against the local DEC, and finding out they where going to the inauguration and then he found Dorothy Jackson’s picture in the Herald news paper. Tuesday January 20 page 3A. the day of the first black president inauguration. There’s that blackness again that accompanies every chain.

My thoughts for days before the inauguration that Obama would make a mistake on the swearing in. The judge did.
Me telling Mr. Phillips that the administration should redo the oath. Just incase someone in the future tries to make something of it. This about 10 minutes before the CNN breaking news report on the fact that that was exactly what had taken place.

And then the scene where we learn the Indians in south Dakota (were I lived) call the Black hills “The stones in the sea of grass” I looked over at Mr. Phillips and said, “like the city of gold (built out of gold stones) in the river of grass i.e. the Everglades.

Me on 1/24/09 finding and coping and trying to figure out the Reputation rules etc. on the IMF website, and the next day finding a thread (again the way the info is discovered) I would never had found this thread except for the new method of searching the site discovered by me only that same night of researching Reputation rules. Anyways, today 1/25/09 this female “AB shorts momma” who had just recently cursed my CP and then I had fallowed suite, started a thread entitled “Reputation points and power” in which she asked question about how it all worked.

02/11/09 last night I mentioned to Mr. Phillips how I had noticed that at times the gate to get in or apt. area would run aground about half way open. Then at times it cleared the ground all the way open with a couple of inches to spare. I told Mr. Phillips I was going to ask West about it. Just now at 17:25 hours, as I stood at the door, I noticed a resident coming in with his motor bike, he walked in and kicked a brace next to the gate which dropped the gate down to the ground thus holding it open for him. So it was a game on me, or lazy bikers who had no care if there little system would be taken away or it was people letting the gate down quietly in the night (it makes a loud enough sound to be hard inside.

The death of a U.S. Coast Guard commander from Frisco, N.C., is under investigation, according to a news release from the Coast Guard.  Cmdr. Keith Willis, 44, was found dead Sunday morning in his cabin aboard the cutter Tahoma, which was in its Kittery, Maine, homeport, a news release said. His cause of death is still under investigation. His remains were taken ashore Sunday night by a 12-person honor guard. An autopsy will be performed in Augusta, Maine, to determine how he died, according to the news release. Willis, the commanding officer of the Tahoma, is survived by his wife and two children. He assumed command of the Tahoma in May 2007 and most recently before that served as the Coast Guard liaison officer to the commander of the U.S. Navy 2nd Fleet. He had also served as the assistant Coast Guard liaison officer at U.S. Fleet Forces Command and Joint Forces Command from August 2004 to August 2006. Willis graduated from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy in New London, Conn., in 1989 with a degree in government. The Tahoma, a 270-foot medium endurance cutter, was most recently deployed off the New England coast, where it conducted various law enforcement and marine safety missions until returning to port Jan. 28.

02/25/09 Mike and me opening the safe a had been holding onto that I found in the Big Ale’s restaurant. Today, me telling Phil (the big guy on skates) about how I felt like Geraldo Rivera. (60 minutes show when he opened safe) then I realized it was Al Capons safe he opened. My safe was full of time cards.

03/07/09 the other day (noted under log) Claudia gave me a bag of T-shirts that her kid did not want anymore. So I gave them to this lady who works at the gas station across the street. I noticed she was wearing a new T-shirts but did not know till today when I seen the guy working at the gas station wearing the same T-shirt that the company had also given them new T-shirts to wear at work.
About a week ago me and West got into a conversation about the news paper stand, I had told him I did not even both with checking to see if there was a paper in the box anymore, that I had gotten tired of there being one one time then not one the next, so I just go across the street. Today he tells me they no longer put any new papers in the box. There to stories are good examples of (with the first one) how sometimes things I do could look to others as if I’m messing with them but its just coincidences. And then the news paper stand is IMO Paul Martin and company who have noticed I don’t bother with the box so he has his friend working the route quite using it. The coincidence is me and West talking about it just days before the latest little game took affect.

A joint task force of more than 500 law enforcement officers conducted a massive sweep across the Bay Area over the last two days, arresting dozens of alleged members of what police call one of the most violent gangs in the South Bay, including a popular rap artist. The Taliban gang is a group of mostly young men that emerged in 2002 around East Palo Alto and Menlo Park, police said. At least 42 people were arrested without incident on Friday night and Saturday morning on a combination of state and federal warrants. They were all booked into San Mateo County Jail.

Among those taken into custody was Dontae Gardner, 32, a member of the rap duo Dem Hoodstarz who goes by the stage name Scoot Dogg, according to Ed Soares, a primary investigator in the case and a detective with East Palo Alto police. Desean Gardner, described by police as the leader of the Taliban, turned himself in on Saturday afternoon and also was booked into custody.

The gang took its name from the fundamentalist Islamic group that ruled Afghanistan until 2001, using "Taliban" for its public shock value rather than for any religious or political reason, officers said. They added that the gang members initially were the "muscle" for another gang, known as the Midtown Hogs. After the law enforcement crackdown on the rival Latino Sac Street gang in 2007, however, the Taliban gang quickly filled the crime vacuum and soon overshadowed the Hogs. "It's a local gang, not a nationwide gang, but they are very violent and notorious," said Charlene Thornton, special agent in charge of the San Francisco office of the FBI.

Members are known for wearing camouflage fatigues and military hats, and employing sophisticated coded language and counter surveillance techniques, Soares said.

The size of the gang is estimated at between 50 and 60 members, so the arrests "put a big dent in the organization," said Carl Estelle, a captain with East Palo Alto police. That agency began a crackdown on gang-related crime in early 2007, shortly after a member of the Sac Street gang allegedly shot and killed a police officer. East Palo Alto enlisted the help of 14 law enforcement agencies, including the FBI and the state Department of Justice.
The effort dramatically reduced the Sac Street gang's criminal activity, from around 200 known incidents before 2007 to about 10 since, police said.

The coincidence is me first of all being on the SFgate site where this Taliban gang is i.e. San Fransisco, then me on The Long War journal posting (all though it may not have yet or ever be approved) my question about why Ayman Zawahiri and UBL using the term Mujahideen i.e. not Al quedia. And then same source 08/28/08 stern gate problem kept her from leaving port with Iwo Jima and 26th MEU i.e. second battalion 6 regiment 2 Marine Division. Police being shot in Oakland. Me thinking about video from the motorcycles and why not have them on helmets of SWAT members. IMO the SWAT members may have shot each other after suspect started shooting. Mr. Phillips asking me about Candle stick park. Me Google searching it, reading Beatles did last concert there but camera ran out of film shortly after concert started. The man’s face on SFgate site with face painted half black etc. me cleaning and rearranging Time magazines the one with Obama on cover with face painted half white. 03/24/09 I failed to mention me not having Kunduz Province map and information in my Pacific command rumor board file. In fact it was the only province I had not noted i.e. studied yet. I had added it to my file then the next day in Google news found article on a raid in the Province by coalitions forces that would have taken place at the same time I was adding my map and info of Kunduz. The report was on the March 21 raid taking place on the 20th I believe. 
06/03/09 running on beach today around 18;00 hours, meeting Indian said his name was Funmaker, I asked him if he was Long, he knew long, Phillip from Wisconsin. I also mentioned Fairbanks too. Returning home telling Mr. Phillips about it all, going into bedroom and seeing story on CNN at 18;45 hours on what looked like a US Army person being shot at what looked like a recruiting station, his name was Long, the report mentioned someone (maybe his brother or father serving in the Marines and Navy).

Before this on my way home, I noticed the Black guys at the old printing store in the shopping center I clean, it looks as if they are living there. 11/17/10 I have never made a note apparently about the towel that is still hanging on vine out side my back door, blue and green, it was thare Saturday morning, I could not help but think it was the old neabor i.e. therapist of some type that has his office next door, the same bearded guy who has the supply delivery van driver who use to set their on his brake with the bepping alarm, etc. but now dose not do that anymore after we move on this side of the road. This therapist office/apt. is also the place that had the blinking light right out side my back door for so long after my return from texas in 2004 on my “I shall return” trip, lol.

1/28/09 a large box was laying in the lot as if it had fallen over the wall from the apartment next door right where they have their trash cans. But you see no one could have excepted the person taking out the trash to be okay with this big old un broken down box just setting on the trash cans. Anyways I also could not be sure if some one (who dose not live there at all) had placed it there hoping I would just through it right back over the wall.

Also on the 5th street side one of the store fronts the one the restaurant uses for storage was wiped out with a can, banana peal and some vegetation and article of clothing.  Note Flat top came by yesterday, we tried to invite them in NO WAY. So I’m done with them they never fooled me, they are pregudist hicks, and they have a total negative attitude towards me. And that’s after I explained the situation to Flat top. Mr. Phillips ask him what he thought about the Obama plate, and he said “now your going to turn my stomach”. Just like that. The short visits only by him never his wife with him have never been about the lack of Parking. But know I know for sure his off the wall statement that one time “we hells fire and SEX! Like just about everyone I guess he is only interested in me for SEX. 
1/31/09 nothing up front, not one butt on the west side, two peaces of trash in the stump corner, lots of butts right around back door, and a Marlboro red pack, not the Marlboro light as usual. IMO getting heavier get it.  
2/01/09 big box from pet shop still outside dumpster it is Sunday and shop is closed so I put it in. There was also a black cloth napkin out front of the same shop that had the cloths in front of it on the 30th. Another Marlboro red box among the butts. No butts out front, after a busy Friday night. Someone came by as I was spraying weeds, he was in a white jeep sounded and looked gay, said he had a business that did wood floors etc. he had one of the menus he wanted to return. So I offered to drop it by during working hours, and asked if he had a job opening at his company he said no.  The notice level next door to our apparent has picked up recently i.e. people knocking and talking a lot by our bad room window, as they approach north side door of health food etc business. This activity usually precedes a early morning 01-02;00 hours session of laud talking and accompanying sounds of what might be electrical cords, shoes or elbows hitting the wall (not laud just enough to wake someone) all coming from apt. # 2. 
02/02/09 last night the restaurant was closed, this morning however there was more butts around back door, all different brands etc. so IMO someone did empty an ash tray. Someone also tore up a Marlboro light pack, and threw it down near the dumpster. I’ve also noticed taxis are now parking in the lot were I took down the Big Ales signs. Claudia called said she would be by later. Forgot to mention the black napkin in front of the restaurants storage shop front door. The clothing from the previous day was vanilla in color. 
02/03/09 discovered a bum sleeping in front of Big Ale’s this morning leaving lots of trash on the side walk. He seemed mentally ell and unable to understand English or maybe hard of hearing. Anyways! In the lot there was also a top of a box of donnuts and a top of a “Big Red peppers” box. Get it. Donuut holes and big peppers in go in. lol.
Took the menu back to Tazin’s about 17:00 hours. Oriental lady took it and gave me a little run down on the place. They have belly dancers (every night) and Hookahs (bongs). IMO like I say it’s a whore house. 
02/04/09 last night me and Mr. Phillips talked about me mostly changing my diet to more healthy foods. I don’t want him to have to stop eating ice cream just because I’m going too. Anyways, to day there was a whole foods shopping bag in the lot with some other food trash, the butts at back door and spread around. Also I realized I had mentioned the health food store next door in one of my last entry’s too. My point there are lost of times me and Mr. Phillips talk about something and the next day we get calls relating or one specific time I remember we had talked about Cable and Mr. Phillips came home to tell me he had had breakfast with a person who work at one of the companies etc. this sort of thing has happened many times.

As I went for my keys and turned to ask him what that was about (that i.e. the statement). He answered “well West told me you didn’t want my bike in front of your window, its your space” I said West told you that? And gave him a puzzled look. He then said “yeah maybe he was just bullshitting me”. Note you see he always starts then turns his bike off. And almost never stays gone for more than 30 minutes and lots of times less than 10 it seems. Then he’ll take off again in minutes too. Here some examples.

02/06/09 lots of butts right near back door to Tazins, also a black trash bag full of party paraphernalia in it, lots of holes and some beans and juice in one of the folds, IMO hoping I would have just grabbed it up and gotten it on me.

02/07/09 can’t recall my notes.
02/08/09 found some vacuum dust on the south west corner with lots of butts etc. not going to be able to keep up with that i.e. sweeping the grass.
02/09/09 lots of butts along Jefferson street side guess the restaurant opened this Sunday night maybe had specials lol. Always the empty sig pack lots of butts and more vacuum dust in the grass. Also large order of spaghetti on the lot about 30 or so feet from the dumpster however the container it was in made it with in two feet of the dumpster and tucked itself under a pile so it wouldn’t go no where.
02/10/09 more dust from a vacuum found in grass, also page from a magazine in stump corner.
02/11/09 lots of trash, last night about 19;00 hours I walked through the lot and noticed a large Mc Donald’s bag setting in the lot as if someone had placed it there out side the car door then drove off. This morning no bag but every peace of trash that was in the bag all over the lot. It is windy so the bag could have been gone through by a cat and the bag blow away. However the items where in every direction. And Tazin was open last night and this was near the back door. So I don’t think a cat would have wondered through that busy lot. Not to many butts in lot but a empty red box of Marlboros and a menthol pack near dumpster. Someone also left a box out side the dumpster for me to brake down. 
02/12/09 a few catalog pages on the south west corner island and a beer can in a window seal out front, quite a few butts on 5th street side.
02/13/09 a record number of butts all around the building. When I return to my front door I notice there are about 20 butts in the corner by our front door. The same corner the piss is always in. once more if we clean the piss, there well be another soon, if we leave it there is only the one for weeks or over a mouth.
02/14/09 forgot to inter my notes on lot. However, I did want to mention the extra loud and prolonged garbage pick up i.e. lots of bagging with the dumpster by the trash truck. It seems this happens once a weekend lately. We will see as I have defiantly noticed it before and am going to keep track of it now.
02/15/09 lots of trash in front of the Tazin’s storage door on 5th street side, I did not pick it up. Butts on 5th street side. No butts at all on Jefferson street side. The stump corner had a small neon red sign that had cut down to only the ward notice and there were to of the smutters cards i.e. call girl paraphernalia. A big oh box on the south west island, lots of bags and a towel along the wall. 
02/16/09 trash still in front of Tazin storage, two smutters cards in front of 5th street side door. On butts on Jefferson side quite a few in front of back door of Tazin’s.
02/17/09 few butts and no large trash, cops were parked on the Jefferson street side, could have been staked out for the Walgreen’s, they parked in front of it for a while after the robberies at some other stores. I walked the lot differently today went clockwise vs. counter. Some but not all the trash in front of the Tazin storage door had been picked up. Note get it just as I had done, some of the trash but not all.
02/18/09 only a few butts on lot and only one by back door and only ¾ smoked. The trash in front of Tazan storage door was picked up and someone put a Mc Donald’s soda cup in front of the old big Ale’s. IMO get it your kind of place.
02/19/09 only a few maybe 15 butts in lot most all of them against wall. Bottle in stump corner, it had been in plant holder out front of Tazin on Jefferson street, I had left it there. On 5th street side, all the trash except the balloon had been picked up in front of Tazin storage door. The Mc Donald’s cup had been thrown against the wall so it had broke open and plashed the liquid all over the ground and wall, door etc.
02/20/09 packs of butts out by back door of Tazin’s no empty pack though, no butts out along curb on Jefferson street side. One but in front of pet shop one in front of storage door, the Mc Donald’s cup was still there but no top. Four bottles of beer and water, one glass in stump corner I placed it by drain pipe. 
02/21/09 I had computer problems yesterday so I made note of them and well inter them here at a later date. I don’t want anyone with a Trojan horse cookie noting i.e. taking advantage of situation right now. Glass in stump corner had been moved away from drainage pipe IMO they sure have not figured on any one just wondering by moving the glass, no they figure it was me. Lots of butts out by back door, (packs of them) non along the curb on Jefferson street side. There was a grocery store bag full of trash tide setting near a pet crap bag full of crap tide and ready to be thrown away. 02/26/09 computer problems, my computer is back to normal now so I feel secure in revealing what happened. It all started with the computer getting much slower especially when I was on Military.com. then the next morning during start up it was very slow and upon moving to my desk top it only showed me my back ground no icons, this lasted for about 20 seconds. Then on or about 10;45 hours 02/21/09 I heard a clicking sound it turned out to be coming from my APC unit. After I disconnected the APC unit and started using a regular surge protection unit a icon appeared on the status bar indicating the local network’s cable was disconnected. This symbol is different from the one that normally dose show a internet connection problem that did show then quit showing after the AT&T rep had installed the Fast access DSL agent software. And then after the last AT&T rep visit when I was told I no longer needed that software the icon reappeared. However this latest icon is different. In addition, on my Google front page the video leak is back i.e. listed across the top along with news, gmail etc, it has been there and then moves back to the menu under other at least three times now. Also on the 24th I noticed as I went to sign in that my Yahoo log in logo was not there just the opportunity to create one. I find this most interesting because it’s the only system that I was able to reach Chet form DNI on. I went ahead and signed in what else was I going to do, it excepted my password and I created a new logo so if my old one ever reappears I can see the difference. APC was first class and shipped me a cable and my new camera too. They helped my plug in all up and down load the soft ware to correct the clicking, told me it was a electrical setting adjustment that needed to be adjusted do to electrical surging I find it interesting that Shawn has been working next door in Apt. 4 right at the walk area adjacent to the plug I have my computer plugged into. That all for now unless I find some more notes.
02/22/09 only about 12 or so butts out back, and a few more than that looked to be along the curb on Jefferson street side. Two brink cups that looked to be from the bar with orange juice liquid in them were on the stump in the stump corner. There were also about a dozen square peaces of paper out in front of the sign a ramma store. I noticed them as I went to get the paper I do not walk the front anymore.
02/23/09 only 8 butts out back non at the back door, a pack of Marlboros light menthols was behind the dumpster. The glass by the drainpipe was gone, I had picked up the two drinking glass but left the glass, glass there yesterday. In addition, I noticed someone out front with a blower on the sidewalk he was not city i.e. from the company who contracts with the city.
02/24/09 just a few butts a coffee pot box torn in half on south side of western end of lot and the other peace on north side of western end. There was what looked like a pump type handle for an coffee pot right in front of the dumpster. Last night as Mr. Phillips and me walked to Walgreen’s I noticed a food to go container out in front of the Tazin’s storage place. Also about a week ago I noticed the pet shop has installed a camera on its back door. I also realized I have not been seeing the four butts right by that door any more.
02/25/09 just a few butts only one by back door, and on the lot there was a pile of crap, I new it was crap only because of the flies, it was covered in some kind of black dust powder, I noticed this as I pecked it up.
02/26/09 I’ve noticed now there is always buts in the water where there is a leaking pipe sticking out the back wall. I rather assist this seeing how I only sweep up the once that miss the other pipe that is sticking out of the ground about one inch just below the leaking pipe. Today also there were three Marlboro boxes far apart form each other lots of little trash bits in the south west corner and next to a collection witch included a Pepsi bottle was a pile of crap. Also the guy in 2 has been setting and letting us here his alarm going off just before mine, today he was only one minute off and I’ve  got it set for about 12 minutes till 08;00 hours. Never use to here his until I starting setting my, and that was for nine.
02/27/09 well the first thing I want to note is that there was two menthol Marlboro boxes on the lot one right under the leaking pipe by back door I was noting yesterday and one on the southwest corner in an area I normally don’t clean do to the fact its street side. However, I had paid quite a bit of attention to it yesterday. Very few butt anywhere. The Jefferson street side of Tazins i.e. out in front of the restaurant had some trash and there has been some butts along the curb I have not pick it up. One other thing I wish to note, the other day Flat Top gave Mr. Phillips his USA Today news paper, now some one could have seen Mr. Phillips carrying it in, but I dough that, this morning someone had placed a USA Today news paper on top of the Herald at the stand at the gas station. Then when you look at the calls noted under mischievous looks like I’m right about Flat top or I’m mr coincidence you chose, but you can’t call me crazy just for noting the obvious. 
02/28/09 can’t recall my notes. I recall now there was a receipt of some kind all torn up into little pieces beside the dumpster and beer can behind the dumpster, and the dumpster was all sideways in the stall.
03/01/09 today there were just a few butts none by the back door, the Valet booth was left out side by the door. The few butts were by the dumpster. There are lots of butts on the Jefferson street side along the curb now. Also very note worthy was lots for trash along the wall, cans, plastic bottles, napkins, receipts, lotto’s etc. and then there was the toy packaging all ripped up the top had been perfectly torn across and the title of the was amazing warriors with warriors being the larger lettering. Now once again I’m Mr. Coincidence or there is a Mr. common denominator in my life and he did not just show up recently. The front of the building looked okay did not notice anything out there but I do not walk the front anymore. I forgot to mention the reason for the note on coincidences you see three days ago on DNI I had mentioned the Taliban being true light warriors, and Sven ortmann came back the next day with warriors suck and all this definition about them having no morals etc. and what we needed was true professional soldiers. So I responded with him talking semantics etc. 
03/02/09 the booth was left outside again, no butts around it lots of butts down by the dumpster, also I’ve been noticing but not noting lots of mop string in the lot I have not been sweeping it up.
03/03/09 the lot was so clean today, only two butts anywhere, the booth was not left out and most importantly the dumpster was perfectly placed in the stall against the wall all lids closed etc. once again some thing I posted and activity coinciding.
03/04/09 the lot was clean there was a vehicle parked and the booth left out. Also Claudia called at 10;53 hours and Honda (pete) started his bike up with in 30 seconds of call. Just like last mouth I believe.
03/05/09 yesterday when Claudia came to give me my money she gave me some T-shirts for a 10 year old kid. Today in the lot was a collared T-shirt and a pair of real nice yacht (deck) shoes, next to a collection of liquor bottles and a glass. Only two butts on the whole lot.
03/06/09 almost nothing in lot.

03/08/09 not one butt anywhere but there was a Checkers bag and a soft drink against the wall. The Booth was not out.
03/09/09 one butt near the dumpster and a empty bag of chips and a soft drink container as well as a glass bottle and two sig packs one Marlboro light and a new port menthol, all next to the wall. The booth was out. 
03/10/09 nothing but the booth in the lot today.
03/11/09 no booth, four butts by back door two by dumpster also a peace of tin foil by wall.
03/12/09 three butts one by door next to booth, and two by dumpster, some vegetables near dumpster and empty black garbage bag.
03/13/09 four butts one by back door three near dumpster. The booth was out and turned sideways so I could see that there was a Marlboro pack and some napkins on it. Other than some real small peaces of trash nothing in the lots.
03/14/09 two big mounds (about 80-100 butts) one at the southwest corner and the other half way down the wall. They were semi camouflaged with leafs and dirt and it looked as if someone had poured coffee on them all to make them blend in with ground. I’ve also noticed that someone cleaned up the area out front but lift the shirt piss and sponge next to our door.
03/15/09 the booth was out with two beer case boxes beside it. And then there were four regester receipts along the wall. The dumpster was perfectly in the stall i.e. right up against the wall lid closed. I forgot the Mc Donald’s bag near southwest corner against wall.
03/16/09 three boxes next to booth one butt in the middle of the lot, lots of little peaces of paper near dumpster with a blue and silver ascender key chain. The dumpster was perfectly in its stall doors/hatches closed.
03/17/09 no butts, the three boxes were now stacked on top of the booth. And also a palm Frond to large to be from the any of the trees in the lot or next door was standing up right as it planted in the ground.
03/18/09 it rained last night and there was lots of standing water. Two palm fronds one small on southwestern corner one in southeastern corner. There was one box next to booth. Note last night peter the guy who owns the Honda "dick" lol, said hello to me but then kept going with all kinds of eco i.e. repeating greetings as if just playing stupid, then he hid from my sight (behind the electrical box for the street lights I believe it is) as I was returning back to the building. As I passed the corner we had previously greeted each other I noticed him standing behind the boxes he laughed and went back to the corner as I passed. He took off on his bike as I returned from doing my launder as he has done many times then I saw him upon my returning from getting the lotto’s with his laundry bag. Also there was a phone call with red light blinking when I returned according to time I would have just left to go get the lotto’s. You can refer to the mischievous section to find phone information.
Note forgot to mention electricity go on the blink i.e. blinking a few times around noon. Then that night I realized the movie channel on DirecTV were no longer available. Then the next night I realized the electricity going out had caused the programming to revert to “all channels” on the remote not “custom two” were we had it. ANYWAYS, upon setting it back I realized we now had the “encor” and other movie channels but not the “Showtime” we had had.  
03/19/09 a few butts the booth was out on boxes, one of the flowery things that look like a tumble weed an grows under the palm fronds on near the trash can along with a couple of broken glasses.
03/19/09 something I can’t recall if I mentioned weeks ago. I had told West that if we ever caught the paper bandit and other evil doers lol messing around the property that if he would back me up (to the fact that they started the fight) I would beat the crap out of them. Anyways a week or so later I herd West yell at some one “hay what are you doing here” West was standing near our window. Then a week or so later again. West “Hay don’t be doing that, what are you doing back here”. IMO West was hopping I would come out side and get in a fight with who ever it was he was yelling at. I did not even look outside in either case. IMO this also proves West is involved with Paul Martin and company.

03/22/09 several little peaces of trash here and there, a detergent bottle on southwest corner. Note I threw out a large deterrent bottle yesterday that I had been saving for a couple of years.
03/23/09 one very large palm frond next to dumpster it must have come from the front of building.

03/25/09 a purse and two breathe mint products one on southwest corner and one against the wall down on south east corner.
03/26/09 about ten or twelve butts up against the wall, some dog crap at the corner next to the dumpster strung out over a two to three foot line. It is the corner a cut to return to the back gate. Also a peace of plywood with some sort of pool like a long scripter.
03/26/09 a beer can by the drain, the brown bag to cover it against the wall along with about four or five post card size cards advertising for Tazin’s “Sender Passover 2nd night”.

03/28/09 don’t recall notes I would have entered. I do recall now that the paper bandit struck near the paper dispensers about one papers worth, the Herald dose not put paper in the box anymore.
03/29/09 nothing much a few butts some palm tree debrief. Cut the grass and swept up the debrief. 
03/30/09 four or five items from food products, a dozen butts near wall in same area. The dumpster was totally full with all kinds of boxes, tables, stools lambs etc.
03/31/09 I found another cup behind the plywood leaning up against the wall by the dumpster. I had thrown one away about a week or so ago. There were three peaces of a lotto ticket next to the dumpster and one peace by the gate to our apartment complex. Bill showed me the other day that one can simply turn and pull forcefully on the gate knob and it well open without you using your key.
04/01/09 one candy rapper and a little pile of dug crap. Also the all the dumpsters were full. Someone has been emptying out some place.
04/02/09 lots of what looked like toilet paper and one latex glove IMO from the cleaning crew I notice at there van in the parking lot the other day. More boards next to dumpster too, and placed were they blocked the dumpster from its proper positioning. I forgot to mention the one box in the middle of lot near Tazin’s back door. 
04/03/09 today there was two boxes, the boards where were I put them but the dumpster was out of it’s place just the same distance as it was when the boards were blocking it. I’m also going to note some computer problems I had that seem to match a pattern i.e. if I ever make any changes to my computer lots of problems occur with my computer on web sites etc. 04/01/09 was an example with me having trouble with link TV. IMO everyone on the site that day did not have all the difficulties I did. I’ve also noticed Democracy now replays automatically after finishing I did not make any adjustments to cause that maybe I’m Mr. coincidence.
04/06/09 in the last three days each day has brought a collection of items to pick up bags of chips, candy rappers, soda pop bottles, beer cans, peaces of PVC pipe lots of palm fronds, drinking glasses that had been used to burn something with ash paper all around it etc, etc.
04/07/09 the collection tactic continues, tinfoil, cans, rappers and always a palm frond today a big old TV box was also added and the boards along the wall were knocked over.
04/08/09 the collection tactic continues, oil can, tickets, food boxes etc.
04/09/09 just a couple of peaces of paper, on palm frond, there were three boxes neatly stacked by the booth at the back door to Tazin’s.
04/10/09 nothing worth noting little peaces of napkins boards moved away form wall.
04/11/09 lots of those little container for the Cuban coffees, most were clean as if they had not been used.
04/12/09 sig pack some napkins the booth was out, also a public’s Easter pamphlet near the booth wish “your family well”.
04/13/09 some napkins, candy rappers.
04/14/09 a Marlboro box some matches, a latex glove. Dumpster out of stall by one foot on right side i.e. just enough to be a little in the way of traffic. This being the way it is out of the stall most of the time.
04/18/09 not much worth noting in the last few days, someone dumped what looks like a large dresser drawer with an electric motor on one side. Like I’ve noted to Claudia, always towards the end of the mouth someone dumps something out by the dumpster. There have been very few butts in the lot anymore however today there was a dozen or so, could have been a wild Friday night or the beginning of the return of the butt LOL. 
04/20/09 not much special, Tazin’s has placed a laundry been out by back door. Claudia called today for me to pick up the stump corner area and in front of Tazins.
04/23/09 not much to mention, I’ve discovered that the cleaning crew I’ve noticed a couple of times in the lot, working out of a white van, is not cleaning any of the stores they are a detail crew cleaning cars. There has been lots of little trash in the last two days. In addition, the big spool for cable that one might see at a construction site, that has been put out by the street IMO is from the construction site next door. They have moved the fence back and placed that spool out by the curb and left all the trash that was in the corner out side the fenced in area. 
04/29/09 I whole collection of soft drink bottles numbering about four with all kinds of other little nick knacks near the fence. Also the large thing i.e. the thing that looks like a dresser drawer that has an electrical motor on one end, and was taken away at one point has now been returned, it sets right back were it was. 
05/22/09 there has been little if any trash in the lot on any given day. There have been lots of palm fronds. Today though seemed to marked a change, especially in the stump corner area. Claudia had mentioned that area and the whole Jefferson street side to me weeks ago, so I started picking it up again i.e. along the curb etc.
05/24/09 went to the movies on 05/21/09 took the shuttle etc. John the toothless one was waiting for me (IMO) at the stop on West ave just before Lincoln road. After the movie he was waiting for me on the other side of the street i.e. at the stop going the return route direction. He acted as if he did not recognize me and just kept on repeating himself about “hay pop-py you got quarter or something you can spare”. He also said something very interesting about living here for fifteen years. And that that was what they did “drinking and smoking”. Etc. so now in the last two days there has been two or three Heineken beer bottles and empty cigar packs out in the lot.  
06/03/09 lots of liquor containers and napkins lately. Yesterday someone took the business sign that have been out in the lot from the beginning usually used to block the view of the grease barrel, and they used it to give themselves privacy to take a shit, the sign reads “Another Quality Job done by” etc. I now believe the Black guys how have moved into the old Printing company Sign Arama may have taken the shit.
06/06/09 we had a hell of a storm last night largest we’ve had since I was in Florida, minus the hurricanes. The water really washed a lot of items into the lot, including an office style water cooler bottle, now you can say coincidence or Mr. common denominator i.e. Paul Martin and company. Also there was a large cardboard box over the shit pile, so it did not wash away. Once again you can think the wind blow that box over the wall or the quality job well done sign that was still leaning against the pole i.e. right where it has been since the shit was taken i.e. dumped lol or you can get with my reality and see that it’s all signs meant to aggravate me. And then there is this, originally the person who took the shit had place one peace of napkin with a little shit on it in front of the dumpster, stuck to the pavement etc. this morning IMO there was another (i.e. not the original peace) single peace of napkin with (IMO most likely dog shit) on it right in front of the dumpster.  
07/01/09 about three weeks ago I finally talked Mr. Phillips into operating the optim B.S. machine in stealth mode. This morning he noticed a note asking him to redo his weight in etc. My point we’ve had the machine for about two years never before did the machine ask him any thing but the programmed questions. As soon as we go silent it dose. IMO they are trying to get him to use the blasting sound again.
7/5/09 there has been lots of white paint chips on the side walk along the white front wall of Tazans. I would find them in small clusters every few days or so, this over a period of about two mouths. Crazy me I thought the paint chips where falling off the wall. Then a few days ago there was a couple of large 5 x 5 inch peaces that got me looking to see exactly where they were coming from. I realize they there not fallowing off the wall and its not exactly paint it looks more like some kind of stuck-O. Anyways today right where I picked up the largest peaces a few days ago there was these 5x5 inch peaces of white cardboard from product packaging. Think they aren’t watching closely? Or that I’m crazy?
Also I found more of the napkins just like the ones that were used by the person who took the shit. These three were place behind three different parking curbs along with a black plastic bag. At least there were two black plastic bags one each behind one of the napkins. I did see Dan yesterday as I was going to the store and he met me in the store. Dan is the person who moved in to one of the stores, and was sleeping in a u-haul in the parking lot the night of the attack lol. And last but not least weather anyone believes me or not about a week to ten days ago I saw one of those types of napkins right in front of the back door to the old sign-a-rama store. I did not make note of it, and right now I also recall that early in the week Dan had waved at me from that door way, this would have been days after I had seen the napkin by the door. So like I well keep saying, “when it come to persecution and suffering, that fairy-tail about Christ ain’t got shit on me”.
07//09/09 last week some time, I did not make not of it, however the sign with the “job well done” noted on it was laying on one of the parking curbs, I though okay I better there is going to be shit under it. However there was not. Now yesterday I found more paint/stucko chips in the same place as last time, and I noticed the sign laying down next to the dumpster, it was wedged between two bars near the ground, kind of blocking the dumpster from being in its spot. As I began to pull on it the flies appeared, yes under the sign lay a great pile of shit, the person had used a shirt from the clothing bend of the restaurant to wipe and left a clean cloth napkin next to it all and a candy bar.
8/2/09 found a adult dipper in lot today.
8/6/09 on the 4th or 5th I failed to make a note, I found more stucco on the opposite corner of the Tazan’s, and I found a grocery bag with a large amount of shit in it next to the dumpster. I’ve also noticed that the dirt pile next to the dumpster where I covered the shit with dirt has never disappeared even with the four or five rains we have had since then. IMO someone is continuously adding dirt to the pile. Today there was lots of stucco right in front of the restaurant door. Someone from the restaurant keep out I asked him if he worked there and if he knew where this stuff was coming from. He pointed to a board above the entrance hidden for the most part by the over hanging tarp. My point is that the stucco was almost never in front of the door. And after mouths of finding all kinds of little peaces and looking the wall over real good it’s the front door that is totally wiped out more stucco than ever before and someone who works there just happens to come out right as I get there.
08/13/09 well the Tazan took the stucco boards down on or about the seventh, then placed the boards next to the fence for a couple of days now they are right where the “job well done” sign use to be, also broken tye straps are now appearing at the front entrance to the restaurant, two the day after the boards were taken down and two today.
There was a shopping cart I noticed across the street next to the bus stop on or about the seventh also, the next day it was in front of the Plaza front door, then the next day it was next to the dumpster in the lot I clean up, the next day it was along the wall in the middle of the lot on it’s side, I put it in the alley and turned it upside down yesterday.

Note; A couple of weeks ago Joe miller next door IMO lit me see him all in his election i.e. campaign outfit and garb. I then put together the election calls and mailings we have been getting ever since having my argument with Joel Gillette about and making my saying about the ferry tail about Christ known.
Update 11/17/10 just found this note be low, after choosing from the doc map, I had just told mr Phillips about the plan of mine to post the History of Keith Allen Oeffinger fallowed by Why the two orders. Coined the phase a few fighting facts. Because my history especially here on meridian was going to blow everyones minds, thinking I was crazy as a loon, then they would read why the two orders, and decide to make it a movie. I now call # 310 “310 to Yuma, because of his toying with me about his bike in the hall etc.

Last night I saw De Chaplain room # 310 had a pet rat, I could not help but notice since he knocked on the office window and then stud there (placing it in his pocket) as I looked out to see who it was. We had some discussion about it and I told him it would be up to West. This morning there was shit on our porch and a dead rat next door.  During our conversation he mentioned that we (me and Mr. Phillips) had a dog.
